great location but slow check-in

The location in the city center made it easy to explore nearby restaurants and shops. The city view from my suite captured the vibrancy of the surroundings perfectly. The staff were highly attentive, always ready to help with a smile that made me feel welcomed.

The service was exceptional! We were met with a warm welcome and staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, especially a guy named David. Also, the rooftop view from the bar was STUNNING! ! We had drinks there and just soaked in the atmosphere.

We enjoyed a lovely stay here with our pets, exploring the nearby attractions that Kristel cheerfully pointed out. The spacious Junior Suite was perfect for our large family, and the brunch service was a real treat, tailored just for us every morning.

My kids wished there were more available loungers by the pool for families, as the limited seating made it tough for everyone to relax.
